The first place to lay down is outside the closed part of the Lexos at the sandbags that lie near the entrance to the closed part.

But I'm not just gonna hand it to you on a silver platter. Do a lil gig for me: go to the city's big car dealership and set up some cams. I think there's something going on there, so having eyes on it wouldn't hurt. Also, get the docs from there I've heard Kaban's been after them. They found it, but never shipped further. And Kaban is out of town now, know what I mean?
But once you get them don't bring them to me straight up. You stash it at Customs, my buddies will take it. And be like a mouse, don't get anyone alarmed or killed. You down with that?
