The Crockpot is one of my absolute favorite kitchen appliances! I use it many times per week because of the sheer versatility and simplicity of a slow cooker.

It is wonderful to prep your meal when you have time in the morning (or even in the evening prior) and throw it into a Crockpot to cook while you go about your day. Then you get to return to a healthy home cooked meal in the evening. And a bonus is it makes the house smell absolutely amazing!
